Timely Cancellation or Rescheduling

At Intermedica Kliniek, we carefully schedule our appointments to ensure every patient receives the time and attention they deserve. Unexpectedly unable to attend? No problem:

 

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation

If you cancel or change your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up without notice, we are unfortunately required to charge a fee of €95.

 

This fee helps cover part of the reserved time and preparation of our healthcare professionals.

 

Force Majeure or Emergency?

In case of force majeure, such as sudden illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly look at the options together.
